Oh wow.
where do i sign up for this new Utopia?
Please sir can I have some more lapsing and some more door to dustbins please?? :pray :pray
`we have solved lots of basic problems with mutual understanding`....bollocks, Royal Mail, the CWU and the posties don't have the capacity to solve`problems` we are all far to busy running around trying to get home early or skive an extra 25 minutes drinking tea in the locker room... this is some of the shite that people who have been brainwashed into WCM like to spout out as a good idea, they are usually mangers who can't manage or have been moved sideways as they are s**t at their jobs.
Still if there are any vacancies at yours mate, I'd still sooner sign up to swilling down the sewers with a toothbrush than put up with the happy clappy crap your spouting.
Royal Mail managers.....about as popular as a t.urd in a swimming pool!
The DDA/Equality Act demands action,NOT words......adjustments NOT Occupational Health referrals.Case No:2505901/09
Royal Mail is an Equal Opportunities Employer..It discriminates against everybody.

Makes you laugh, the DOM's and Linos go home early and get us to do lapsing.
Why cant the 2 DOMS and the 3 Linos do lapsing as well or do they think they are above that?

Our managers will be out the door by 9.30 tomorrow (sat).

I actually get on well with my manager but it does bug me when I am still pounding the streets for another 3 hours.

So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets

There will be no need.
They will hold all the cards,We will hold none.
If you don't like it,there is the door will be a phrase you will need to get used to.

Your little "Stepford Wives" Delivery Office,If it really does exist will be destroyed because your friendly managers won't be so friendly when all the power is in their hands and all the pressure to save money is coming down on top of their heads.

I've seen good managers turn into arseholes and good offices turn into shitholes all because of an increase in pressure or a subtle change in employer/employee dynamics and what is around the corner as far from subtle.
Lol spot on m8.. people change into complete asshats when they have a little power .. nothing ever changes in the RM world, unless you have been brain washed by the courier... "what a joke that rag is"

" Clear Office " policy ... this is our office aim ....and we are getting there with least argumentative attitute but with the most coperation between work force and management. Whats wrong with it ? if I may ask.

Nothing wrong with the policy and we have it in place and frames are checked when you go out and you are asked to go back out and deliver any mail that may have been left by mistake.

As long as you have duty time left.
