He woke up my kids all screaming there heads off all day coz they were crabit as hell because of the c***!! Surly he shouldnt be allowed to turn up at my door at that time in the morning anyway ????

This is something our DIM would do (if he could find his way out of his office without a map). I would put a grievance in, demand an apology and also go to the union and email the moya address.

An absolute failure in communicating by royalmail management we are a commutations business are we not if he cannot communicate with his staff he should be sacked the ranting and raving more so the guy is an ass!.
