How many walks and staff in your office though? We've got just over 100 staff and 74 walks. We're currently about 87% FT and 13% PT so means more PTimers likely to start......

So if the ratio is not the 75 percent ftime to 25 percent p time can you put a complaint in against a revision? It's like 50 50 here which means long term guys getting listing jobs and guys just in door getting there own duties . Any advice wud be greatly appreciated .

we've 116 walks and 20 odd collections. The part timers who have been made up are reserves. We've about 10 part timers left.
