Not sure if all reps have the same issues but in my office its like looking after 200 kids. I get blamed for everything, too hot, too cold, MC lorry is late. Now I'm blamed for the lapsing even though I've been saying do the job properly but no the early starters still come in early, don't take their meal relief, don't use the equipment and the rest of us have to suffer.

Well sister Stormproof you can always field/disregard the too hot, too cold rants as this falls under the domain of health and safety and should normally be dealt with by the cwu workplace/unit health and safety rep. Of course you could be performing the dual functions of I.R. and H&S.
