Being a rep

Not sure if all reps have the same issues but in my office its like looking after 200 kids. I get blamed for everything, too hot, too cold, MC lorry is late. Now I'm blamed for the lapsing even though I've been saying do the job properly but no the early starters still come in early, don't take their meal relief, don't use the equipment and the rest of us have to suffer.

think of them as cannon fodder while us reps sit in a chateau in the rear. that's what gets me through.
