Yes

People have been suspended and dismissed for posting on here.

Couldn't care less, I tend to find those that "whinge" about the job, tend to be the most committed at providing a service, or supporting their colleagues. Those that moan about people whingeing seem to be the runners early starters and no breakers, not exclusively so, but it does seem that way sometimes.

Yes - I personally have heard senior CWU leaders mention it, and have had reports from people I trust that senior Royal Mail have made comments about this chatroom, albeit that was mainly during the various strikes.

Also not Big'ing us up but any decent business would always keep an eye on the mood of their workers and one good way is to keep an eye on Chatrooms, Internet Forums, Facebook and twitter. I doubt if we have any major effect on policy or anything but they are certainly aware of us.
