Trade union members are holding a public meeting to rally opposition against plans to move East Finchley Post Office.
The national postal service wants to close the specialist 'crown' branch and incorporate the store inside a nearby supermarket or shop to save cash.
Workers and members of the Communication Worker's Union have held five rounds of strikes over the plans since they were announced in February.
The move in East Finchley is part of a national cost-saving strategy involving the franchising of 70 crown post offices.
The branches, which offer additional services to standard stores, are reportedly losing the postal network £40million a year in their current form.
Campaigners now plan to hold a public meeting to rally support for their campaign against the move.
The meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 3, at East Finchley Public Library, 226, High Road, between 6.30pm and 8pm.
