I turn up at delivery office at 5.20 with mail Monday morning with 24 yorks. Due time of arrival is 5.25 but staff waiting for mail since 4.40 but the thing is they don't start till 5.00. Now should I get there early or should I get there on time? They always moan that I am late but I am actually early. Your thoughts please

if you have to go out of your way to get there early or if it affects any other part of your duty negatively, then i think you would be putting yourself at risk of conduct code by getting their early.
