voluntary redundancy

Post by GT750rider »

I'm hoping to get voluntary redundancy when our office closes next year. If I bang in a load of overtime in the 6 months leading up to the closure will it count towards my package?
(I know it's not pensionable).

Only pensionable pay and allowances count towards VR payment. Go on late shift, on mech or driving duties if you want to boost your VR payment.
