He was giving you information that was not officially available yet.
It's risky and not everybody at HQ likes it that way.
He has to judge what he can and can't say and sometimes like everybody he has second thoughts.
Since the information has now been officially confirmed by an LTB as 100% correct that kind of makes it reliable....obviously.

I usually only deal with magistrates.............moving up to high court judges seems like a fun idea
