They are the same people who come in 30 minutes early and prep their first wave of mech and their D2D before joining us on the IPS.
Therefore they don't really care if the IPS overruns by 30 minutes because they've already got 30 minutes in hand.
So effectively all they are doing is colluding with managers in trying to force good, honest working posties to come in early as well.
