From my own experience:

I think you need to get a LS3 form from your CWU rep.

This will allow you to claim damages for the stress you were put through. It's a claim for an injury at work. If liability has been admitted, you'll be in a good position.

The three month time limit does not apply - it's three years for this kind of claim.

Good luck
Whats a LS3 form?

Are you just making this up?

No he is not and even a simple Google search would have told you that. :arrrghhh :roll:

https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=LS3+f ... e&ie=UTF-8" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

The first 4 results all explain what an LS3 form is - and we even have a mention as well.

Mind you, you aren't the only person who questions posts, or states "facts" without even a brief bit of research.

It appears that this form is only for accidents, clinical injuries. How would this person claim for stress and mental damage caused as a result of the bullying and harassment that Royal Mail have admitted?

That's a good question. And I wondered about it too. But I've seen the paperwork. As far as I'm aware, so far, you fill it in and it's handled by the legal team at CWU and forwarded for action. Then you get other forms to fill in. Every case is probably different and I can't say much about possible outcomes yet.

My experience of tribunals is - be careful about thinking you are reporting a crime that will be investigated. The protection under law for people who have been discriminated against isn't as clear-cut as that.

Don't be put off, though. If you've got a case, start writing your diary and caveat illegitimi.
