How would they choose from non-drivers who would have to go to another office? Seniority?

An acting manager told me i could be sacked for refusing to drive, plenty in our office can't drive so i don't see how RM could discriminate against someone for holding a driving licence(which was gained at my own cost over 20 years ago)
He's bullshitting. Quite a few in my office refused to drive went we changed to p&l.
