Re: DOM
Crammy, you have no idea of your value. You are entrusted to deliver all manner of items that have differing values and meaning for the recipients. Your work is so important that you are working within the Official Secrets Act or whatever it is called. Take into account that each day you are damaging your body to carry out such work, then perhaps you will consider that your pay of £10 per hour is quite a miserly amount of money for the trust and physical stress that you have to endure on a daily basis.

YEs we paid more than the industry standard, but then we handle more and different streams/items than a typical postal worker in TNT, or a courier. Although we can thank the Union that we are least get a decent wage, perhaps that was your point.

You can accuse crammie of a lot of things, but having a point is not one of them.TrueBlueTerrier wrote:....... and the point you are trying to make is ???????????crammypostie1 wrote:And truth be known we get paid a tenner an hour, yes a tenner to put post through letterboxes, now thats good payLincox wrote:They might have a life outside Crammie, but they are paid a f,cking lot of dosh for responsibilities at work including the health and safety of their workers.
