Way Forward Section 5

Breaks at the beginning or end of attendance

Where an attendance is provided with more than one break, the second break may be scheduled at the beginning or end, in which case attendance is not required solely for booking on or off. A single break should not be scheduled at the beginning or end of the attendance.

If we are out on delivery by around 9.30 we have a chance of getting round on time (when we started at 6.30) but tomorrow we start at 7.00 I am full time and dont go on ips and I have to throw out 3 walks with upto 6 lots of dtd to do too. Just seems like they want to keep you in office longer and longer. Years ago they couldnt wait to get you out. How to make such a simple job more complicated

Don't forget it's a 39hr week, so a 7am start every day means a 2.48pm finish. If its 3pm you need to be asking why. Throwing in 3 walks is too much btw, we either do IPS or throw in a second walk until the IPS is finished. You have zero chance of fully prepping 3 walks in 2.5/3 hours or even getting close unless its a Tuesday.

Yeah, that's why I mentioned every day. We start at 6.45 or 7.15 depending on the day.
