Re: 300~400M £ Profit ?
The profits will be at least £400 million, because if they are not, then the managers don`t get their bonus - and we all know that`s never gonna happen.

Re: 300~400M £ Profit ?
The profits will be high for two main reasons the highest prices rises for 30 years , the biggest ever sale off of a Royal Mail premises ever £130 million for Rathbone Place. Is it any wonder that profits would be high ? It's a con and in the year of privatisation it is a swindle to make a sell off look good.

What a load of s**t.
Moya turned RM round in 5 minutes? Don't think so.
We were only in trouble because they put us there on purpose.
They can shove the shares, especially if they want us to pay for them. They can't realistically expect us to voluntarily buy shares, and in doing so basically agree to savage cuts and worse T&C's as a reward.

Any sale of Rathbone Place isn't included in this years figures. People have been going on about this for ages. Rathbone Place was sold in 2011 to Great Portland Estates (Im a shareholder of this business).dingo wrote:The profits will be high for two main reasons the highest prices rises for 30 years , the biggest ever sale off of a Royal Mail premises ever £130 million for Rathbone Place. They've still got a massive empty building on New Oxford Street. That'll be worth a pretty penny.

Correct. The sale of any Royal Mail buildings are not included in any yearly profit figures and yet they will still be announcing a £400 million plus profit tomorrow.JP1 wrote:Any sale of Rathbone Place isn't included in this years figures. I bet they still won't pay out on the outstanding bonuses and pay-rises we are owed either. Anything to maximise their "profits" to make themselves look good for the sell-off when it comes

Profit Shocker
So for the Managers / Moya etc to get their bonus the yearly profits had to hit £400m and it came in at £403m
well congratulations to the DIM's who will all now collect their bonuses while we the footsoldiers will just slog it out on the street without a deal for a payrise again ( unlike the managers who have already secured theirs 2.6% +£200 )
