Payslip Advice

Post by thsyds »

I have been a member of Royal Mail for a mere month now and have a question regarding my pay slip. Can anyone tell me what "Weekday Sch Att @ SSPR(P)" means?I was paid for 4.45 hrs which equated to £45.86p....I'm a bit baffled as this is the first time I have had this included on my pay slip.

Many thanks for that, much appreciated. Could you also tell me what the " Defined Area Supp WO2" and " Delivery supplement " payments mean, which are also highlighted on my payslip?

Sorry Loopy but thats wrong - Delivery Supplement is a supplement which you get for working in a Delivery Function. You can still get it even if you deliver nothing at all. We get nothing for delivering leaflets as they are now part of the workload.

The Defined Area Supp WO2 is another supplement which is awarded to those who work in areas that are traditionally difficult to recruit in. The WO2 is the area and identifies the specific rate.

Call HR would be my suggestion - number is on reverse of Payslips.

its overtime beyond your contracted hours, which includes an element of delivery supplement.

Specific
Supplement
Pay
Rate

Arrears means from previous weeks that they owe you, (or sometimes you owe them)
