Yes I had it recinded,with the help of the CWU. Thanks. Its a pitty the Dom could not apologize for awarding it to me in the first place. No sorry or anything from the Dom. I'm not surprised though!!!

never heard of a stage being "rescinded".

so you were issued with a stage, then they changed their minds and annulled it?

TBH, if the DOM had apologised it would have made me more suspicious.

yes basically that's what happened banddy,but I think in my case this help as I was prepared to go to an employment tribunal with it with the backing of the union.
