A company that will stop at nothing to get as much money out of RM as fast as they can, no matter what it costs, and when they are done, RM will be discarded like a piece of rubbish.
Then the taxpayer will end up having to bail it out.

CVC were the only company that made a bid last time and they are showing an interest if the Government don't go the IPO route, and that seems to be flagging at the moment. While not exclusively a Postal Company they certainly have a history of "investing" in them - they currently own nearly half of BPost (Belgium's national Mail company) and are looking to sell some of their holdings http://www.reuters.com/article/2013/03/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ... 2L20130326 It also had a historical holding with PostDanmark
Read a small report the other day on the privatisation of Belguim Post- Looks like I had previously been misinformed that regulation was a lot tougher for their privatisation.judging by the report which is dated 2009 it looks pretty brutal but not sure if all the aims were introduced.
Anybody got a more up to date report on how the trade unions dealt with privatisation,though its a complicated trade union set up in Belguim.
