it will be intersting on saturday when people dont get thier giro,s till after 12 when the post offices are shut.

But, yeah, what about pouching off at Post Offices and picking up your bags when you're working till 1 o'clock?

I'm sure they've thought of all these things (!)

I have a business on my duty who moans when I get there at around 10ish saying im late.... hes really going to be hacked off when I turn up at 1.30pm every day

who ever tells me i am late i tell them i don't have a official time to get to you as long as the mail gets to them sometime in the day. yes i am a mean bastard sometimes

i love mail sort- yeah you are quite right!! ask them how much they paid for you to deliver the mail today? if they aint paid then its not paying your wage so why lose sleep on those that may not be able to cash their giro? the getting customer is mainly not the paying one.......remember that

i asked one of my linos the other day,how is it that every time we modernise or have an efficency drive or improve things or get spangly machines to help us the job just takes longer,reply havnt a effin clue,mind you hes as fecked off as we are
