He's probably going on one of his breaks,for a nice bacon sandwich lovingly prepared for him in the subsidised canteen after which he can have a lesuirely game of pool and then a gentle stroll back to his machine for a little snooze while his manager catches up on his facebook page.

Thanks for all your comment's. I think i'll give it a go. Just wondering how i'll cope with sleeping during the day.

I used to do nights at our D.O.
Getting used to sleeping during the day was simple.
Getting used to having a few beers after work while everyone else was eating their cornflakes was a different story. :whistle

what is the actual structure for the wage on this.... and how many nights do you work? 27k seems alot tbh.

Anyone work on both iLSMs and CSS? What's working on a CSS like when compared with working on an iLSM?

:chuckle :chuckle :chuckle I think someone's sold you a pup - we have 2 machines and all regular operators are over 50 and aren't remotely like the elite and I should know.

Oh crammy, crammy you would be so bored but you could throw a couple of deliveries off running from the machine to the frame then after the ten hour shift you could run round on a delivery. :wave

I'm also start this on the 21st of this month

but for me im not on nights all the time just as and when permanent staff are on leave/sick etc

but im only on a 30hr contract so loving the fact this is my fast track to 39hr just wish it would be more permanent

If its anything like the CSS covers in our office you'll hardly do a walk from now on, they're on the machines virtually every week.
