On all the issues apart from the "Pace of Change" which has already been agreed - why not throw that in the consultation pot too? - or would that not suit Royal Mail and perhaps it is a sad attempt to justify the chattering. Sooner or later the jig will be up and everyone will see through the shambles negotiating has become.

They are in the same folder as the 75/25 full time/part time figures - the folder is marked "Not to be disclosed to the members". I asked for the FT/PT figures from RM - they responded after several months asking for the details of the office I worked, why I wanted them, uncertain they knew the figure and whether they should provide them.
