Time to get rid?
This forum that is...?
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: Time to get rid?
What happened to the new incentive scheme and this from June 2012.....
To answer your question though...shut it down.
I must have been off the day they shared the "piece of work".· The Royal Mail Group has accepted that there will now be a further and final independent validation of both the legal and financial aspects of the Colleagueshare Scheme. Importantly, it has also been agreed that the output from this piece of work will be shared with all employees

good times, bad times you know I've had my share
