Evening

Post by rablenkov »

Not a Royal Mail employee, just a customer.

Even though you buggers have lost a couple of items of my post in the past  , I support your efforts in the ongoing industrial action.

I'm looking forward to reading a few bits and pieces about what life's really like in the Royal Mail.

Cheers.

Ah, fair enough then.

Seriously though, these things happen, mistakes are made, stuff goes missing (whether casuals or not). That's life.

Unfortunately, I do think that some of your customers tend to forget that it's the real world.

Overall, I think you still deliver a very good service and I've got nothing but support for you all.

I work for the Civil Service, so am well aware of how frustrating it is to watch incompetent managers throw good money after bad on crackpot schemes and pointless consultancy.

Most people only remember the bad experiences they've had and forget about the times they've had their mail even when it's been addressed wrongly. Yes, it sounds as if crap managers (To be honest, Royal Mail managers are really only overpaid office boys. To call them managers is to do serious damage to the English language.) are a problem all over Britain.
Thanks for your support! Nice to see there are many people about who haven't fallen for Hinge and Brackett's propaganda. Royal Mail office boys excepted.
