Propaganda [from modern Latin: 'propaganda', literally "propagating"] is a concerted set of messages aimed at influencing the opinions or behavior of large numbers of people. So he wants to ignore the current dispute as it was an introduction letter, then proceeds to use the rest of the paragraph to try and undermine the Union. I guess he was a strike breaker when he was a cadet as well.

Being an ****hole is compulsory in that job.Glad to hear Manson got the boot.He only ever came to our office when a strike was looming to have a 'chat' with the staff, such was his interest in the frontline workforce.He usually left with a flea in his ear.
