The agreed plan was to extract recordeds for Prison on IPS and either leave them on frame or designate a pigeon hole for them thus leaving the delivery officer to check only coded box and packet bag otherwise it is completely unworkable.This solution was agreed by all parties prior to implementation of new duties.
