We only have one. Comes in, asks PHG if everything is covered then dissappears upstairs to their office. Don't see him again. :cuppa

Loads of em at our place. I have absolutely no idea what any of them do, other than to spout the tripe which they carry around on their clipboards every day. Seems to be a new "acting manager" every week. Given what they have to do, and the way they have to treat people, I have nothing but absolute contempt for any postie who takes a gaffers job on nowadays.

How do I know it's Spring? Saw my DOM for the first time this year..!

Called into an office to discuss hr.s with lino and rep. and he just happened to be there..!!

( thought he'd moved nearer home when we 'relocated' )

One of the "special projects" types was seen this morning hard at work - hoyking his 20+ stone carcass around the office, one hand in his pocket, mobile in the other hand texting and texting and texting. Watching him and the other non-productive managers put me in mind of this. these characters are only missing hi-viz jackets with 'MANAGER' on the back...

1 manager in my office for about 50 staff. How many staff are there in these offices with loads of managers? It seems the ratio varies quite a lot.

We have different mangers every week its hard to keep count? After a year at RM i fail to see what these 'managers' actually do, other than cover walks and bully you into doing overtime?
