Dave's IT went very well yesterday. Unfortunatlly there was not enough time to complete the procedure so everyone has to return in mid-January(not sure of the dates but round about the 20th) for a further two days. The work load of the IT court does not allow an earlier date.
See you Friday morning Big Man. Don't forget the banner.

Ide have liked to have seen him come back into work before then but at least it went well for him, apparantly the guy from RM took a right battering and has managed to drop some of his scumbag colleagues in it as well, which is always nice to hear, RM always have fine honest upstanding honourable managers working for them dont they, NOT...UNITY IS STRENGTH.

Im a wife of a burslem postie, and your threads are a morale booster not only for you posties but also the wives, yes it is worrying, money is going to be short, but i would rather stand with my husband on the picket line, believing everyting you are all doing is right, if we let them get away with one thing then they will take liberties with everyting else. Strike is the only option and i am proud to say i am the wife of a Burslem Postie.

Nice to see that RM took a battering with good prosecution to nail RM properly in Court and wasn't surprised the RM "individual" started dropping( RM don't do Responsibility) his "colleagues " in it to save his sorry skin -a good sign.

He'll be popular ,that'll have the rats fighting amongst themselves on a sinking ship. It'll knock the arrogance out of RM with their dodgy Prison style fit ups and trying to make their illegal to a foregone conclusion "disciplinary investigations " look "straight " in ET's and arrogantly hiding behind their bent solictor's skirts to prove pathetic points .

This is a tipping point , if Dave wins in January I hope the RM get a good media shafting. What goes around has to come around , RM can only stonewall & play siege mentality management for so long.

Usual RM attitude is we're above the law and we do what we like and bully the CWU into test cases to play trench warfare

.Nice to see HQ haven't let people down out of cowardice as they usually do.RM's arrogance in delusionary thinking within the usual narrow box , that they are able to get so -called criminal burden of proof beyond all reasonable doubt , can be their achilles heel and there's more than one way of skinning a cat.
