our office revision went live a few weeks ago.the method of delivery is great but i cant believe they think it would ever work.managers saying success elsewhere and other bs.few not using trolleys and then complaining theres just no getting through to some people.we were leaving loops in left right and centre but now to make it seem like its working they get us out for 5and a half hours walking.i am a fit man but f me this is just unworkable im knackered beyond belief.where do these supposed intelligent planners and managers etc come from.our office union rep is just as bad as long as he gets the same day off as his golfing buddies he couldnt give a s**t and his duties havent gone live.shambles isnt the word

its a complete shambles, is it any wonder rm is getting sold. privatisation will bring a new system in anything is better than rm clueless ideas like p&l

It would astound me if anyone could come up with an alternative to pounding the streets and bunging the letter through the door by hand be it RM or some mythical privateer.
