But they knew that they could save on re-organising this as we could be harrassed into breaking off to deliver them by 1pm.

God knows what is going to happen if they track every packet/parcel??
More failed revisions.
Tracking every parcel/packet is apparently the target, or at least, having the option to track any parcel/packet/letter using all RM products is. Think they want to take business off the likes of Hermes etc., though can't see RM competing on cost.
Me neither, when the last Hermes delivery bloke, only a week ago, turned up in a clapped out W Reg Mondeo - who knows what level of personal/business insurance the guy had and exactly what H&S conditions apply to his working life. However that is precisely the model RM will be using as the ideal in its wish list.

It just can't work operationally, once more an idea from an idiot in an ivory tower who is expecting a large reward for his wonderful idea.
I'm sure someone will get a large reward if they manage to bring in a system such as this, it was their idea after all. They'll wander off with a large bonus, prior to it's deployment, and let someone else, and probably us, deal with the inevitable fall out, i.e. the fact it won't work, which will be our fault, naturally.
Sometimes, I wish I wasn't a Rep.
