Is Purchase of Annual Leave Tax Deductable

Does anyone know if POAL is tax deductible or not ? Cancelled mine this year as can't really afford to lose money. But, beginning to wonder if I've done the right thing . . .

silly move.,its a no brainer if you ask me,you get extra holidays for the sake of a packet of ciggies a week,you get it back when you're on annual leave..... :cuppa
