Get rid of senior staff

i dont work at cramlington lol. To post above, i worked years ago when we had sky mags. They were the days, maybe 10 years ago mail was light then it got heavy. Also my point is, if a senior member of staff cant cut it and keep up, then why does he deserve same pay doing less work than a younger member of staff that does more?

What Crammy is saying is that somebody between the ages of 40 to 65 should be able to do a delivery in the same time as it takes somebody in their early 20s, similar to me saying that over 100 metres Michael Caine should finish in exactly the same time as Usain Bolt

he can keep up it's just as he's shorter he gets beat on the dip for the finish line....

If we all get paid the same we all do the same. It is my opinion that the job is very easy. Thats because im a fit person and do many sports. I see keeping fit is a way of good performance for my walk.

Crammy could beat Usain Bolt, difference is, while doing the race, Crammy would have time to do 2 loops. And still win. Could Bolt do that? Don't think so. How crap is he?

They do get rid of senior staff i think they call it ill health retirement ,thats how they got rid of me ,to be honest it was a mutual thing ,all the best for the future posties you are going to need it .

All the best mate, but if you couldnt do the job like every1 else then i respect ur decision to leave unlike a lot of leaches hanging on and not pulling there weight

in fact,, i think they should get rid of junior/younger staff who do the job by running, not taking their breaks, and finishing before their time. because this is THE cause of the job being the way it is now. and its THEIR fault our workload has increased threefold. shame on them.
