4 days pay lost in week is over - its a dead donkey.
Today we had a meeting and a memo for the managers, it gave them a timetable when to notify pay section of who is on strike, and the plan is 2 days pay out of each week.
RM are trying to keep it quiet as they see it as a way of persuading people to scab. This is my opinion only.

My office is full of the spineless gits.I may lose money but if it teaches my kids to stick up to bullies then it is well worth it.My 16 year old understands things may be a little tighter than usual but knows right from wrong .
And I can at least look at myself in the mirror and say I tried no matter what the end result.
Personally I think non strikers should all be f****d off out of the union.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

The odd edited post does not make us like other sites!!!
If people do not think there is free speech on here then i seriously need to evaluate the site!!
To everyone, lets just calm down on the personal insults, strike breakers or not.

orwellian site!!!!
If i started calling you all the names under the sun, you'll respond back, then me then...............it turns into a row.
And people don't wanna read an important thread and in the middle a slanging match going on.
And the edited posts don't seem to be Humour ones either.
All we're asking is for the personal insults to be cut down,i really can't see the prob.

respect.
The strike breakers, they'll pass on their selfishness to their kids, they'll pass on the contemptible belief that it's OK to look after No.1 and shaft everyone else.
And when they look in the mirror, they'll see someone looking back at them with no self respect, no pride.

A dwarf with a lisp goes into a stud farm, "I'd like to buy a horth"
he
Says to the owner of the farm.
"What sort of horse?" said the owner.
"A female horth" the dwarf replies.
So the owner shows him a mare.
"Nithe horth." says the dwarf, "Can I thee her eyeth?"
So the owner picks up the dwarf to show him the horses eyes.
"Nithe eyeth.", says the dwarf, "Can I thee her teeth?"
Again the owner picks up the dwarf to show him the horses teeth.
"Nithe teeth.... can I see her eerth?" the dwarf says.
The owner is getting fed up but again picks up the dwarf to show him
the
horses ears.
"Nithe eerth.' He says,
"Now...can I see her twot?"
With this the owner picks the dwarf up by the scruff of his neck and
shoves his head deep inside the horses v*gina. He holds him there for
a
couple of seconds before pulling him out and putting him down.
The dwarf shakes his head and says:
"Perhaps I should weefwaze that. Can I see her wun awound?"
