Rm and it's minions are notorious money wasters-you only have to have experience of how they operate in their own circles to experience this.

You've just described the yard at my office since the new DOM gutted the place and bought new furniture. I thought we were broke, or is that just when it's convenient to claim so?

Not to mention years of local history being taken out of our office as part of mangers private collections.
Back when we were 'de-nationalised' and the first bad changes took place,(although it continues) local office managers (Old decent types) were pushed out for the new regime to come in.
Decades of history disappeared, telegram boys pouches, paperwork, etc real old stuff. irreplaceable obviously.
Disgusting, seeing as these people were from a city and had no right. Some of it was personal stuff.
