But if you run out of time cut off! They can still pick there kids up if there normal finish time allows it. In my old DO the early starters were the ones who just wanted to get home early.
some of us actually want to go to work and get the job done, id feel a faliure if i did not complete my job in its actual time, thats why i have never handed back, i see fokm as a faliure

If you don't have time to complete then there is a failure, but it's RM's for not allowing enough time to complete, or for over facing the duty.

But you don't see it as a failure when you don't use grammar, punctuation and not to mention spelling correctly when posting. If you take so many short cuts when applying your English Language skills do you do the same when delivering - it would explain so much.

Also what is fokm are you making words up now.

You left out the ? at the end of your sentence. So much for complaining about using the wrong punctuation. :whistle

Ah the old Nazi Grammer(see what I did there)police alive and well and breeding on the forum.it warms the cockles to know that being a postie shoving bits of paper through letterboxes should now qualify to have a PHD in grammar and a bachelor of arts in rubberband flicking.
Yes I'm trolling.
Royal Mail managers.....about as popular as a t.urd in a swimming pool!
The DDA/Equality Act demands action,NOT words......adjustments NOT Occupational Health referrals.Case No:2505901/09
