They do when they are talking about you.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

hatetheboss wrote:Have you had a revision Crammy? If so what is the length of your walks. If they are 4-5 hours long and the new ones finish in half the time, there must be a reason for this.
1 Coming in early
2 Not taking a break
3 working above average speed
4 Cutting corners whilst out on delivery
etc etc

No one has a walk that is 2 1/2 hours long anymore, a slight exaggeration me thinks. ;liar
To my Knowledge of "Planners" they all seem to be overweight posties that have just got to grips with a computer! The proper way of planning a round out used to be to have a planner follow you on your round. A1 doesnt work!

Think we all touched a nerve. :left: :left: :left: :left:

As for crammie being the fastest postie in the country, there is no way you could ever prove it, but more importantly, it's not like we'd want to take that title off you. Us senior posties, we're all slow and lazy remember? :Very Happy

In this response I will treat you as normal poster and there will be no insults just concern.
crammypostie1 wrote:Wow banned me for speaking my mind.
No we allow that, but you in the all your previous incarnations think its ok to insult members who have different views. It's not, its against the rules and until you post in an adult way, without insults then we will keep banning you.

You know that - you know the result - we shall keeping playing this out the same way every time. With respect and no insulting you are either a troll, suffer from low-level OCD or are a candidate for borderline narcissism personality disorder diagnosis .
crammypostie1 wrote: I used to work at a previous office. I aint a manager and im a very good grafter at my job. Im in my 30s and dont care what folk say
If you don't care what people say why do you insult them when the offer a different opinion. If you didn't care, even when called names, you'd ignore it.
crammypostie1 wrote: I find my job very easy as i have the mentality to come to work, do my job and go home.
You have the mentality to do the job and go home, but the mentality not to slow down - if we take you at face value then your average pace when walking would be 8 miles per hour that's quite an achievement - it's about 12kmph and that's only 20 minutes short of world record pace for the 20km walk, and you claim to be able to do this day in day out.
crammypostie1 wrote:The previous guy who wrote said summit how he was 55 and how i would find it at his age. Well mate, we all get paid the same so do the job, w should not be age discriminated,
Thats good because the law has been understood by Royal Mail to mean that an average 65-year-old should be able to do it - not a 30-year-old who is near olympic fitness - it would be discrimination if it was the other way round.
crammypostie1 wrote:As to the admin that banned me after 7 posts, isnt this a employees site.
No its an independant site.
crammypostie1 wrote:Id glady pass over my id number and pay number and contact details to show im a legit postman/woman.
No need to do so anyone can register and as long as they obey the rules then they will remain members.
crammypostie1 wrote: Im airing my views,
Nothing wrong with that anyone can. Just ditch the insults and obvious baiting.
crammypostie1 wrote:why does this whole site have to be anti negative royal mail.
It's not. Its seen as anti RM because most of the discussion is about what happens at Royal Mail, but posters make recommendations how to improve things, they say how good their own managers are, or are not. Posters on here can be quite passionate about Royal Mail, rarely do passionate people take so much time and effort to improve something they are against. We are also seen as Anti CWU (not anti union) on here for the same reasons that's also untrue.
crammypostie1 wrote:Yes the office i work at has gone though a revision.
"Through" I think you mean. Though you could have ended the sentence prematurley.
crammypostie1 wrote: And why is it that i partner up with some1 and have done my partnership in 3 hours delivering packets and using trollies.
A question I would ask when RM plan paired deliveries for 4:30 on average - are you both going at 12kmph.
crammypostie1 wrote:Pre revision i have previously stated that i have done many duties on my own in under 2 hpurs. infact all my duties i did on my own were done in 2 hours... yet i see folk taking over 2 times over...
See response above. You have to tailor the work to an average person not an olympic quality athlete.
crammypostie1 wrote:aint i entitled to say that i get paid to do same job that the next guy does and he claims overtime... i dont think thats right :cuppa
You are entitled to say that just as he is entitled to claim overtime, as long as he worked at a reasonable pace and in a reasonable way. Your opinion on that specific case matters not a jot, it's for the managers to judge entitlement.

Now for the Moderator bit - All posts AFTER the one I quoted that contain even the most minor insult - FROM ANYONE - will be deleted - if you think a poster is a TROLL or a reincarnation of this poster then please ignore them and let the ADMINS deal with him. Its less work for me in the end.

crammypostie1 wrote:also as a previous poster has pointed out that he was in his 50s, surely keeping fit and up to standard is part of the job, look at the army, coppers, emergancy services have to keep fitness, maybe you hould do the same
Actually the fitness requirements for the Forces is based on age. Image

crammypostie1 wrote:And a si have said in anothe rpost. I dont agree with sseniority. Why should a guy that takes the pee and walks slow and does deliveries in 6 hours with hand backs that is slow get a pick of duties over fok that are more efficent.

For instance the union are useless. if say we have to sort say 18 letters per minute they tell you lot to sort just 18 letters per minute. i can sort around 40 letters per min, but union will tell you to slow down, look union i want to graft i cant go slow and i ont wanna slow things down, i wanna come to work and do it to the best i can.
40 letters a minute or 1 every 1.33 seconds. or 2,400 an hour, I am impressed - being able to read an address, process the information, locate the correct slot and accurately place the item in it - thats fast.

Honest that is impressive.
crammypostie1 wrote:This is why i dont go in the union,
Its not a building you can't go into it - you join it.
crammypostie1 wrote:and my views are why i will be banned again
Again just a hint of narcissism, every time we two have this discussion you claim its because of your views, and I state its not, its how you espouse those views.

If you posted your views in an adult manner (with correct grammar, punctuation and spelling being a bonus) then you would not be banned. Start using insults............... continue to be banned.

Blimey , if ' Steve ' Crammy does have borderline Narcissistic Personality Disorder and was seeking an easy hit of ' narcissistic supply ' then TBT's devastating critique will have sent him into a most terrible depression. I pity his work colleagues tomorrow. :Very Happy

crammypostie1 wrote:No, i say it as it is, new workers are the best workers, they are all faster at delivery and sorting and prep work, dont use the 20 years service age card that you all say when u get to my age see if you can do it... look its equal oppotunities and all get paid the same. So your discriminating against the younger by saying you cant do the job properly. We all get paid the same man fgs. So i feel discriminated. Look i share sum views, i get peed off when i do a useless 30 years service guys round, do it in half the time as he does, go back to office and get told to sort the mail that has come in. But i do this every day and see folk coming in 2 hours after i have finished, yet ill do there duties the next day and do it 2 hours quicker, its a proper pee take man
Mind you , you are illiterate ...............
