Get rid of senior staff

Wow banned me for speaking my mind. I used to work at a previous office. I aint a manager and im a very good grafter at my job. Im in my 30s and dont care what folk say. I find my job very easy as i have the mentality to come to work, do my job and go home. The previous guy who wrote said summit how he was 55 and how i would find it at his age. Well mate, we all get paid the same so do the job, w should not be age discriminated, As to the admin that banned me after 7 posts, isnt this a employees site. Id glady pass over my id number and pay number and contact details to show im a legit postman/woman. Im airing my views, why does this whole site have to be anti negative royal mail. Yes the office i work at has gone though a revision. And why is it that i partner up with some1 and have done my partnership in 3 hours delivering packets and using trollies. Pre revision i have previously stated that i have done many duties on my own in under 2 hpurs. infact all my duties i did on my own were done in 2 hours... yet i see folk taking over 2 times over... aint i entitled to say that i get paid to do same job that the next guy does and he claims overtime... i dont think thats right

Sorry for being a pain but im a worker of many years and wy i see it problem lays with senior staff. Staff that take 5 hours to do a delivery when i see reserves doing same duty in half the time. I see new starters working more efficent than older workers yet older workers get first pick on duties etc. Not fair is it? Wrong system i say. Im not the fastest worker, but way i see it, in 20 years time royal mail will be better as i know the up and coming workers we have are better than the ones in place now.

Weed out the older guys and bring in the new is what i say

senior staff are the fok you get all the problems from, the staff that can never do a delivery. Im sick of this site, i air my opinion, i got stick years ago for call us paperboys etc. Thats what we are. We get paid a tenner an hour for delivering, iv worked in a petrol station on min wage and i know where im better off

And a si have said in anothe rpost. I dont agree with sseniority. Why should a guy that takes the pee and walks slow and does deliveries in 6 hours with hand backs that is slow get a pick of duties over fok that are more efficent.

For instance the union are useless. if say we have to sort say 18 letters per minute they tell you lot to sort just 18 letters per minute. i can sort around 40 letters per min, but union will tell you to slow down, look union i want to graft i cant go slow and i ont wanna slow things down, i wanna come to work and do it to the best i can. This is why i dont go in the union, and my views are why i will be banned again

No, i say it as it is, new workers are the best workers, they are all faster at delivery and sorting and prep work, dont use the 20 years service age card that you all say when u get to my age see if you can do it... look its equal oppotunities and all get paid the same. So your discriminating against the younger by saying you cant do the job properly. We all get paid the same man fgs. So i feel discriminated. Look i share sum views, i get peed off when i do a useless 30 years service guys round, do it in half the time as he does, go back to office and get told to sort the mail that has come in. But i do this every day and see folk coming in 2 hours after i have finished, yet ill do there duties the next day and do it 2 hours quicker, its a proper pee take man

also as a previous poster has pointed out that he was in his 50s, surely keeping fit and up to standard is part of the job, look at the army, coppers, emergancy services have to keep fitness, maybe you hould do the same
