So let me understand this - you are pissed off because the CWU stuck to the agreement rather than change it to suit your circumstances.

When we get park and loop I will be in the same boat as you and will probably become a non driving reserve. Do I like it, no, but I ain't blaming the Union, they at least had a vote on it, I blame the bosses for coming up with idea in the first place, and poor implementation of DM in the second place.

Its understandable you are pissed off but at least lay the blame at the correct door.
Sorry should of said this dos not effect me already a driver. Just pissed off that members that stood next to me on picket lines are getting shafted.

At least you're looking out for your work colleagues. Not many do, wish there were more like this.
