My DOM has actually told me and a couple of other "trainees" to go on strike. I found this a bit unusual with everything that has been said on here about DOMs. Is it?

Also, getting my own run after my training days...

POSTMAN, no cleaning the bogs for me my friend. :dance

Martin he may be one of good ones so all power to you it is good advice to keep you on side with any real hardcore union guys in your office.

Also if you are getting your own walk after training try and find out how long for and if indefinite see if you can get it in writing or you may be moved from pillar to post even before the new flexibility regime is imposed.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
