THE SOLUTION TO THIS IS TO HAVE MANAGERS MANAGE.
CAN THEY NOT WALK AROUND THE 25 OR SO FRAMES THEY MANAGE AND ACTUALLY QUICKLY LOOK AT THEM AT SOME POINT IN THE 2-3 HOURS THE D2D SHOULD CLEARLY BE THERE BEFORE TIEING UP?
THEY ARE JUST PLAIN LAZY. I COULD CHECK ALL THE FRAMES IN OUR SECTION IN 5MINS TOPS.

I have never heard anything so ridiculus in my life. You cannot expect a manager to manage. That is just unreasonable. Expecting them to ensure staff are completing their workloads, in relation to inserting D2d's, is an outrageous thing to suggest. If they were to do as you suggest, when would they ever find time to take fag breaks? To stand around drinking coffee?? To bully and harass the staff?? Really, you didn't think this through did you.....

They done this at my office on walks where people were off sick or A/L and got casuals to take them out, our office has about 10 casuals a day as its fked up beyond belief
