They came to my MC before Xmas to take photos. They did ask permission from anyone they wanted to photo, who were only people in full uniform with visible ID badges. People did ask what the pics were for, and once they were told they would be used for stock photos for RM and the Courier just about everyone refused. They had to ask a manager to identify people who might agree.
