Where's the union when you need them?

Great op. Sounds like many people in my office. Spend the whole morning moaning and whinging, then as soon as the gaffer clicks his fingers they come running, not only to do as they're told, but also to have a laugh and a joke with them.

It needs to be re-iterated, the union as a whole could to more to protect their members interests, but when it comes down to it, people have to grow up and take responsibility for themselves. If you want to cut off, do it, if lapsing is going to take you over your time, tell the gaffer to stick it up his arse.(in not so many words). The more people that stick up for themselves, the easier it is for everyone.
