well spotted ozzie its been goin on for years.North West is so corrupt its scary.I even know a DIM who filled them out himself probably got told to by the even more corrupt DSM.Recent statistics show that the N/West won Gold and Silver awards for B+H and surprise surprise not one sacked just moved sideways. It would appear that RM does condone it .What point of having conduct code if it is applied against all guidelines by lying corrupt Managers .Im shocked that a union can do nothing to address the wrongs and very dodgy investigations carried out by these devious crettins in the N/W

Erm, what survey?

Had the letter about it last week, nice of them to waste time and money on that as it was also printed on the pay slip.

But no sign of a survey at all. It was my day off yesterday, so maybe the float did it for me.

Our Tuesday day off guys got it handed to them today - if you want to fill it out give your manager a nudge.

I am still giving the DOM a nudge about my new contract - if I nudge him again he'll spill his coffee.

Why not try and avail yourself of the search facility link above.
"Today’s workplace has become heartless and soulless. Employees are seen as units of labour, automatons, functionaries, objects for achieving designated tasks, and as costs to be minimised."
