DOMs need to get a grip on this one its seems ok for half our office to go out in to the yard (Where it clearly say’s “NO SMOKING” ) to have a fag but someone that wants to fill a van gets penalised.

Just fill it up when needed, whats the problem ??
15 minutes filling the van up is 15 minutes less delivering mail before cutting off

A floater in my office got so p***ed off at walk holders doing that leaving the van empty till he was on so now he brings it to the garage puts £5 in to do him for the day and has the last laugh.
