Late again, stating the bleedin' obvious, your manager is a cock,no time on sick note, that's a f***ing new one.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

if you have a recorded history of depression over a long period of time you should be covered by the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA)
they then should discount these periods from any disciplinary procedures for abscence

So sick records includes non working days....

So I say again ... the union needs to earn their respect and sort this crazy included non working days sickness out.....

You can only logicially be paid for 5 sick days a week when sick.... not ... 6 or 7

So why is a non working day not paid as sick pay leave .... but counted as a sick day.... on your sick record...?

You cannot have it both ways can you.... union sort it out......do something usefull
