you know when all things said and done ,jury service might say suggests you raise your eyes upwards ..cop this .. Case was and old guy ,who flashed at a girl in the park and made rather rude suggestive remarks to her .Now on the trial date at the crucial moment the young girl was asked .'.Now young lady what did the defendant say to you'..'.can't say ' she said' I'm embaressed' ' I can't say such things in court with the public listening ' ...to which see started to cry ... 5 mins went by and the judge gave up...Ok he said write it down on paper and give the evidence to me and I shall decide what to do . 3 pages of A4 paper later the judge reads it ...mmmh he said ..I see ....yes my dear but the jury must see this evidence and duely passed it to the jury ... Now sitting 4th in the jury ,one was very intrigued to know what all the fuss was about.The first jury member was in her 20's and read the evidence....didn't flinch , no reaction ....she passed it on to the second jurer who was a middle aged woman and after reading it was visibly shocked ....mmmh I thought whats in that paper ....she passed it on to the 3rd jury member ...Arthur ....now Arther is in his 70's ,and to this day swears blind he wasn't asleep but ...hey he was . after being woken up read the evidence passed to him ....jez ...did he wake up ...he started to tremble ...grinned like a cat who got the cream ...looked up at the jury woman who had passed him the evidence and winked ....blimey he even squeezed her knee ...chuckled and folded up the paper and put it in his top pocket ...thinking his luck was in ....All hell broke loose ...after the judge tapped his microphone and asked Arthur to pass on the evidence .......'Nope he said its personnel ' ...grinning away ...to which a spritely lady in the gallery ...obviously Athurs wife kicks off...he gets the huff ...stomps out swearing and cursing ..............still never did find out what was said. ...Boo keep the faith.

Jez guys ,just trying to lighten things up.....I know things are stressful ...but come on stop gripping , we had a whip round for the BBq we are holding outside the gaff on friday and even stashed a crate ...so we'll be having a good time on the picketline ... just hope the tv reporter don't turn up like last time ...but that was 15 years ago !!!
