Count yourself Lucky. I was refused a buy down. Only to reduce my hours with no payment what so ever. :sad:

Guess i would consider it in a few years if it was still avalible :hmmmm

I am not sure how much better it would be coming in at 9am but still having to take out a full delivery. :neutral:

Thanks for the replies, seems like another RM grey area as to whether people get a buydown or not, I'd not considered the pension implications either, I suppose its not worth halving your pension for the sake of a couple of grand now.
