When you work for an Agency (Angard) and are qualfied for AWR you are entitled to same basic terms and conditions as an equivalent permanent employee of the hirer - this includes pay and some benefits. Angard take the pay and benefits that the permanents get (e.g. additional holiday, shift allowances, length of service, etc) that casuals should get and create pay rates for the causals that dependent upon these aspects. Each RM establishment has different pay rates that are paid to permanents and sometimes benefits that should be included. Angard claim there is over 750 pay rates around the country.
As to the actual amounts you stated they look in the ball park of the place I work. The pay before you qualify for AWR would be a lot less for all shifts including nights.
