It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: What's going on in Kirkby?
Got say a huge respect to the posties up in Kirby for standing up for what's right. In my DO you'd not get 2 minutes solidarity from the office let alone 2 days a week.POSTMAN wrote:Industrial action Kirkby Delivery Office (L32 & L33) Saturday 23 and Monday 25 February

Had a look at some background to this from errr......google as things a bit thin on here.
Can't believe that RM haven't/didn't investigate (properly?) thefts involving so much money. Why have RM allowed this to escalate out of all proportion? Let alone a 2 year serious for a 25yr man. He's right to be worried in my view
Is there more to this sorry saga than people are letting on? Our rep is always having' words with posties on the quiet like "its been noticed your late most mornings, sort it before it goes official" how can that be bullying?
BTW is the accusing postie still working in the office/at another site or have they left?
