ID Badge

Post by sinfony »

I was a casual over Xmas and then transferred to Angard, sent the contract off last month but have had no contact since. Shouldn't I have at least got an ID badge? Has anyone else had one sent to them?

Also what is the best way to get hold of some shifts? Or do we just wait in silence forevermore hoping for them to call one day?

As part of signing the contract did you have to send them 2 pictures? They will need the pictures before you get your ID badge. If you have sent them the pictures get in touch with them and ask where your badge is.

As to shifts - have they contacted you to ask which shifts you would lke to be considered for? If not contact them and tell them. Keep reminding them you exist by asking for work but be careful how often you ask.

Yes, I sent the photos (maybe just 1, cant recall if how many they wanted)... how best can you contact them about such matters?

They always want 2 photos - even when they need to replace passes.

They have an 0845 number for general enquiries - sometimes you get to the Northampton place that calls you in other times you get to a call centre that only passes messages on. I think it is 0845 460 7318 but check their website or search on this forum for it.
